Pregnant after Preemie??

So I looked back on my post and the two times I asked about brown discharge, I was pregnant. This time it's a little more complicated. It's been 4 months since we had and lost our 24 week preemie. She was with us for a week. We weren't trying to get pregnant... We hadn't even had sex for months because of how affected we were. But my other pregnancy app says I'm two days late, I had a brown mucusy discharge yesterday, a light red mucusy discharge today.. both only once when I wiped. Pregnant? Yeah I'mma take a test in a week if period doesn't show up, but I'm an impatient momma. A very worried and impatient momma. Also, anybody had a full term after preterm?? My first was full term, nothing wrong so doctors couldn't explain it. TIA
