Baby breeza formula pro?

My sister gave me her baby breeza. I cleaned it thoroughly and every time The water heats up and I I test run it a few times I notice white specs in the water tank. Anyone have experience? I’m using filtered water as well...

I used this product for about 4 days until I discovered it’s easier and more efficient to just warm up the water and make a bottle myself.
It’s impossible to get through to customer service and you have to clean the whole thing after 3 uses I believe?  Not sure.  Honestly if I was you I was see if you can return it.
