acid reflux relief?

Does anyone know any natural remedies to curb acid reflux (and especially neutralize stomach acid) because this has been driving me nuts for a week or two now and I’m over it!!! It feels like someone dragged a knife along the inside of my throat! (I’m not pregnant btw)
Not trying to use tums or pepto (they’re only short-term) and I already tried Prilosec OTC and I don’t wanna feel like I have to depend on pills or other medications to curb this 😕

Make sure to get this checked out of otc medicyn doesnt help. I thought i had acid reflux but its bile reflux and i have a galbladder disease

I found that a course of omeprazole (the extended release ones so they last all day) works pretty well. But if you want to go all natural, you can get pure ginger capsules that will help to settle your stomach or a peppermint oil supplement

I’ve drank baking soda in water before but it’s still just a temporary relief and it tastes like ass. But if you’re not trying to buy drugs it’s a quick home remedy

A glass of cold Almond milk.
Or water with a squeeze of half a lemon. Honestly you’d think the lemon wouldn’t work but it does, and it keeps your stomach from producing more acid.
