I didn't go to pee almost overnight (but didn't drink just before bed).

At 5 am I woke up with my bladder killing me and about to explode.

I went to pee but then I think i waited so much that it hurt me afterwards for a good 2 minutes even when empty.

Only a little came out though but it felt full.

Is it dangerous?

Did i mess up by waiting that long?

I feel fine now, but i ak paranoid.
