Today i’m around 6 weeks. Getting my first US 2/20. The past few days i did feel a little nausea, but nothing worse.

The night before i woke up around 4am and was feeling so sick. Had to throw up. At the same time i had pretty bad cramps in the groin area that spreaded out to my pelvic. Right after i threw up the sickness was over and a couple hours later so was the cramping. Anyone experienced this before? I’m so scared, especially since i had a MC last december
