skinny long legs :/

i run track and exercise with mostly high intensity running 7-8 hours a week. i am pretty skinny and just recently became a healthy weight for the first time in a while. i’m now 95 lbs and 5’4”. additionally, i have LONG. LEGS. i’m talking short torso and probably 4.5 ft of just legs.

my weird proportions keep my legs skinny and even though i have a low fat body content, it’s hard to build muscle. i have stick legs and smallllll calves :(

any exercises to really build calf and thigh muscle effectively?
