Have you experienced REALLY BAD gas pains in early pregnancy?

I have yet to get my BFP but I’m just really curious. These past few days I’ve been having stomach pains off and on related to gas. Normally I’m not a gassy person and don’t get pains from them how I am now. Just curious if somethings just going on in my stomach or if his is one of my symptoms. Other than that for the past week I’ve been having watery CM.
