Hello from Switzerland. I am a little further ahead of most time wise so I will kick off I suppose.
Start Weight 150
Current Weight 150 (149.8 🤪)
Goal Weight 145
Feeling good! Starting work Monday, which will give me a chance to workout while my kids are in daycare. I ran 5k this week and felt good. I have been eating ok. I am breastfeeding currently, so it is hard to deny my hunger. At least it is usually healthy stuff. 👍😁
I hope to add some good lifting this week and consistently weigh in under 150 (yes yes, I can fluctuate a bit daily, but I would like to say goodbye to 150.
