Anyone who’s had breast implants- could you breastfeed afterwards?

Just curious- I was reading another post about breast implants and I remembered hearing and reading that some women have trouble breastfeeding after breast implants. Wondering if anyone can weigh in on this? Any personal experiences? Personally I’m a proud member of the itty bitty titty committee and wouldn’t have it any other way, but seeing as how breast augmentation is one of the most common cosmetic surgeries my interest has been piqued.

I have silicone implants under the muscle with the incision under the boob. Not only do I nurse but I have an over supply and a frozen stash.

I do not have implants but I would wait to get them until after your done having babies and breastfeeding. I’m breastfeeding now and many moms say their boobs become so saggy and flat after breastfeeding. So even if you get implants before, your breast can still change and sag after your done .

If it’s done correctly there should be no problem with breast feeding.
