Help pink blood?

Question

I’m about 12dpo got very faint positive test now this pink spotting when I wipe. 
What could it be? I’m a bit crampy. But dtd with hubby a few hrs ago could it be caused from that or something else

Sometimes irritation ie sex can cause bleeding, if your cervix is moving lower down for a bleed or even with pregnancy as there's a lot more blood circulating that area. Implantation can happen around this time or ovulation may have been earlier and your period could be starting so it's hard to say until your period has come or not.
