Back pain relief?!

I’m 6 weeks +5 days and have terrible achy back pain does anyone have any things they’ve done to give them some relief?

I used a heating pad when I was pregnant with my first. It helped tremendously for me!

Hmm...a few things come to mind. Massage, Tylenol, or check out Dr. Cohen’s Heatable acuProducts in Amazon. Little rollers you can heat up and use yourself. Or check out MassageRite heated pillow massage for back and neck, also on Amazon. It’s shiatsu-type massage with heated rollers. You can use at home or work. I have one and love it. It’s 29 bucks. Cheaper than the rollers above.

Heating bad and nice thick supportive pillows behind you.. every night for me.. the heat does a really good job at relieving the pain and allowing me to sleep

I have the same. Try going to a pre-natal chiropractor. Also sleeping on my side with a pillow between my legs has helped.
