How many months pregnant?!

I am still new on figuring out how many months pregnant I am. I’ve tried looking online but some places say 5months others 6months. So i’m curious if ya’ll know....
 I am currently 22 weeks and 1 day pregnant. How many months is that?!

My OB told me go off this chart so that what I do because everyone on here had me so confused

I would say 5 months, since there are roughly 4 weeks in a month. Not sure if that's "correct" but it's how I count it

You are in the beginning of your sixth month or you can say 5 months and one week

I had appointment yesterday and my doctor said I was one week into my fifth month on Friday. I’m 21 weeks

I just count back from my due date
June 14- 9 mo
May 14- 8mo
April 14- 7 mo
March 14-6 mo
February 14- 5 mo
January 14-4 mo 
And so on

My OB consider 22 weeks the first week of month 6 .

You are 5 months and have completed 2 weeks of your 6 months. You will be officially six months when you reach 26 weeks. It’s very confusing lol
