How do you know if your period is heavy, medium, or light?

Like it’s not like you have anything to compare it to😂😂 and you can’t measure it lol

Answer

Light.... if you can wear a tampon or pad for a while without changing it. 
Medium.... if you can get good time usage out of your pad or tampon like the recommended time (I guess)
Heavy.... when you are probably changing your pad or tampon every 30-40 minutes if not sooner. 
Light,medium, heavy is what it is and is self explanatory but I tried my best...

Google it. There are sites that give you info on the volume of pads and tampons and how often changing them equals light to heavy flow. I’ve read them but can’t remember the specifics.
