I started my period last night and naturally I have bad cramps. But I woke up last night and my hands and arms shaking really bad and the backs of knees felt like nerves being pinched and it hurt to walk. My feet felt numb and were tingly. When I tried to drink water with ib I threw up after a few sips. I was super dizzy and had to lay on floor for a while because I felt like I would pass out. This has never happened to me before. Should I go get checked out or??
