Tylenol cold and sinus while 9 weeks pregnant?

I was told it was okay but I’m still just unsure!

I had a sinus infection - my doctor told me plain tylenol (no combo pills like cold/flu cold/sinus) and was given an antibiotic as well.  Definitely check with dr first

I am 8.3 weeks and just getting over a sinus infection and regular Tylenol is perfectly safe, even in the first trimester. I also got a prescription for a nasal spray that was pregnancy safe. Vick’s cough drops are good too!

You should not take decongestants. But regular Tylenol is ok

I just went to the dr for the flu and was told no combo meds because they usually contain vascular constricting chemicals that aren’t good for developing placentas

That’s what my doc had me take! Talk to your doc. You just want to avoid meds with alcohol like NyQuil.

Its not safe in the first trimester. From 2nd tri on, yes, you can use it them. Not before. It can cause issues with baby's development during first tri.

Who told you it was ok? Your doctor? If it’s your doctor then I’d go ahead but I’m pretty sure the cold and sinus contains stuff bad for pregnancy so idk why someone would tell you it’s ok🤷‍♀️ regular Tylenol is fine.
