First pregnancy.. how much did your boobs grow?

I'm looking at maternity clothes and I'm always a size medium. But now that my boobs r starting to grow I'm worried that a medium will be too small on my boobs...

I did not really grow until I was breastfeeding. Even then I only went up one cup size. I was an A and became a B then went back to an A after I stopped breastfeeding.
