I have low progesterone which they want me to get into a reproductive endocrinologist for. That’s taking time. I just learned my mom had low progesterone, and fertility follows the mom. She struggled to get pregnant. I get pregnant and my progesterone falls and I lose it. She said she got shots in hip weekly while trying and the for first while of pregnancy but not duration. We are still TTC so as soon as I get positive they do a check and can start something. Should I use progesterone pills or creams before conceiving? Like while

Trying? I know they have them OTC supposedly that I’m skeptical of or for menopause and wondering if I should do something or leave it be? Or just not do anything and let it be? I’m tired of miscarriages and now waiting
