Anyone else literally never in the mood since having your baby??

I had 3rd degree tearing and in the past 13 months we’ve had sex maybe 8 times? The first time we tried after having my daughter it was insanely painful due to scar tissue built up inside... it’s terrible. I think knowing it’s painful keeps me from wanting it as well? Ugh it’s awful! I’d like to try for baby #2 next year sometime, but as of now sex just literally does nothing for me and I dread it because of the pain :( I went to my obgyn 6 months pp and she prescribed a hormonal cream. I used it a few times and didn’t seem to help.
