Piece of tampon lost in vagina

So I went to pull it out and I noticed it wasn’t all there. It was only a semi small piece, about the size of a quarter, but it didn’t come out with the rest and I can’t feel it with my fingers. I’m at the end of my period.. lmao some help please??? Wtf do I do now??
