But both me and my sister are pull out babies.

Its very rare to get pregnant using the pull out method if performed perfectly it’s 96% effective.
Me and my partner use it and we haven’t gotten pregnant...yet. 
It’s not the most reliable form of birth control but it’s there for couples who would rather wait longer but don’t mind having a “wee surprise”.

My current pregnancy is a pull out baby. My husband and I used this method for 6 years before it didn’t work. It works until it doesn’t. I can’t take other birth control and we stopped using conforms not long after getting married.
