So this am I woke up with terrible pain on my right side. Absolutely excruciating. I was curled into a ball screaming in pain...went to the ER thinking maybe appendicitis.

Nope...turns out I have severe PCOS to the point where my ovary was enforced and decided to TWIST on itself. Yes you read that. My ovary twisted into knots which stopped all blood flow to it. I had to be rushed into surgery where they untwisted it and removed half of it.

Guess we are done trying for another baby. Thank God he gave me 2 amazing boys and 2 step kids...I am still in shock at what just happened today I don’t think it’s registered yet.
