How do I keep my mind off of the what if’s???

This past October, I had a miscarriage. It absolutely broke me. After finding out that I’m pregnant again about a week ago, I’ve been so paranoid that I’m going to start bleeding again, and lose this baby too 😭😭 I’ve already had horrible nightmares about it this past week, and every little cramp has me googling like a mad person. Have any of you mommas been where I am?? Any advice to help me keep my mind positive?
