So my boyfriend and I have a long distance relationship. He lives 4 hours away. I’m black/Mexican/Samoan, he is German/Scottish. A few weeks ago he came down with his family to visit me, they stayed at a fancy resort and invited me to play at the Game Center. Well I played a a joke on my bf, we decide to play pool. I told him it took quarters to play pool so I had him go to the front desk and gave him a dollar. He came back totally embarrassed saying it was free to play. The lady from the desk came back with him. She looked me and him back and forth. She took the crook of my arm and said “Are you with him?” I shook her off me shocked! I was so mad. My bf raised his voice saying, “yes! Of course!” He was way more angry than me. His sister were there and they rushed to our side. She said oh and went back to her desk (btw she was an older lady in her 60s) she kept coming back into the game room checking on us, which was a pain. We told his parents who were enraged! And they wanted to confront the woman but we eventually left to go to an amusement park we had planned to go to. I still find it maddening that people still think this way!😡 below is a picture of me and my bf😊
