For my first two births, I delivered vaginally. My doctor wants me to be prepared to deliver baby A vaginally and baby B via c-section, if he doesn’t move from a transverse position that he’s in now (25w4d). I’ve talked to a few people who’ve had twins and it seems like usually baby B is quickly delivered after baby A; too quickly for a c-section. I am hoping that B moves into position, breech or otherwise, after I deliver his sister. Does this seem likely?
