Yes. God tells us to lean on him for our strength. He clearly says that putting anything above Him is a sin. I’m not saying you’re putting sleep hypnosis videos above God, but you’re not trusting God like He says we are to trust him. If you believe in God and everything his word says, then you already have the fruits of the spirit in you. You already have the peace that God promises, you just have to activate it through faith!

It is a process that God invites us into.
