Traveling while pregnant with twins in third trimester?

My best friends baby shower will be when I’m 32 weeks with my di/di twins. The only thing is, that it’s a 3 hour drive each way to get there. Also, I’m going to a wedding the night before, but the wedding is close to home. Will I be able to travel that far by myself? Or should I tell her it’s a no-go. I really want to be there, but also don’t want to expect too much of myself that late in pregnancy.

I would not go , after 30 weeks , I was so uncomfortable, I had trouble being in the car more than an hour :/

I drove to a party 2 hours away when I was 35 weeks pregnant with my twins because I was so miserable that I hoped it would help to do something different 🤣. If I remember correctly, everything went fine.

I wouldn’t be able to do it if I’m that far! I’m barley 19 weeks now and telling my moma soon I need her to drive me to appointments because my back be killing me to drive an hour there and back

I felt awesome at 30 weeks but randomly went into labor at 30 weeks on the dot. So I wouldn't go either! Maybe a short appearance at the wedding if it's really close by.

At 32 weeks I was soooooo miserable, I could barely walk, forget about sitting for more than 20’. I had to be lying like a stranded whale.
The pressure on my pelvis was UNREAL. I had my babies at 34w, went for a routine control and was in labour (I’m one of those women who don’t feel the contractions).
I would say no, don’t go.

I’m about 33 weeks, and that sounds totally exhausting to me at the moment especially going to a wedding the day before. I’d say not to commit to anything and see how you feel, but I recommend staying comfy at home. It’s very understandable that you wouldn’t be able to commit so late in twin pregnancy...
