Not the nursery... but the kids bathroom please help!!!

We live in a single wide trailer right now. It’s super old but I’ve been able to make most of it work. But the “kids” or guest bathroom just irritates me it looks so bad. I painted it a few years ago when I painted the whole house when I first moved in but it barely helped. The walls are ripped up in some parts, you can see in one of the pics some of the painted over wallpaper has been torn up but is still on the wall . I can take it off because it was literally attached to the entire wall! Yuck! So there’s random patches everywhere, I got paint all over the tub but it’s so old and gross anyway, but I swear I’ve scrubbed it down a million times! There’s also a huge chunk behind the toilet that was replaced when there was water damage and mold from the previous toilet before we got here, but the patch job looks like crap. Help!!! What can I do besides gut and redo the whole bathroom? Is there some type of wall covering I can do that would cover all the bumps/dips? That bathroom just kills me
