Help! I've been a nail biter for 23 years on and off. I've managed to get long nails but they are never strong and the second that one breaks I break too and bite them all off and my habit continues. I have clear coat on them now and haven't bitten in about a week, but now they just look awful and dry.

Does anyone have any tips on how to grow strong natural nails that don't peel or chip? My cuticles are so so dry and I get horrible hang nails as well.

I need some help to get pretty nails! My wedding is in a few months and I don't want them to be ugly in my photos :(
