My 14 month is showing symptoms of allergies clear runny nose and a cough here and there. I called her doc’s office and she said allergies shouldn’t start until 2 years old but she’s likely reacting tot he change of weather (we live in Texas). Something she said that really frustrated me and caught me off guard is that these symptoms could last all season long and there’s nothing i can do other than continuing to drain her nose. Having a child sick for an entire season and I’m suppose to be good with it, just doesn’t make sense to me and then tell me there’s nothing i can do?! Any who, any moms dealt with this? Anything worked for your little ones? I’ll try anything, my daughter isn’t sleeping at night because of it and I’m not just going to sit by an entire season and watch her go through it.
