i had what i noticed was a positive opk last night. i had sex in the morning and the night. i know that doesn’t make a huge difference sense it’s the same day. but i took another opk today and it was a BFP. i don’t think i will be able to baby dance today as well because we are both working opposite shifts today.. do you think i’m still safe?

I believe once you have a positive opk, you have like 12-36 hours to BD. But I think sperm can live up to 5 days in you so, I feel like you should be good! Try to BD again soon if you can.
