Sleep training?

Anyone else’s baby still not sleep trained ?

Yep! And I struggle with the thought of it every single night! I just can’t imagine my little guy crying and me not comforting him by holding him...I’ve read article after article and learned so much about how they stop crying because they realize you’re not coming and how their stress hormone stays elevated for hours after the crying stops...I just can’t do it...so every night...he wakes up and I go to him...pick him up...let him know I’m here and I love him and he falls back to sleep within minutes! I just this week stopped nursing him back to sleep so I’m hoping this very gradual comforting will lead to me rubbing his back in his crib then to him self soothing and falling back to sleep without me but...tearless!

Nope.  She goes to sleep well most nights but some nights wants to snuggle.  I will take the snuggles while I can get them

Idk if I would consider this sleep trained, because he typically sleeps 10hrs a night. But it’s from midnight to 10am. If we put him to bed any earlier he’s up multiple times during the night. So he wakes up at 10. Usually has a nap around and then 6. Then goes to bed between 11-12. 
I can’t complain though. At least he’s sleeping 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yep. Almost 9 months and he hasn't been sleep trained. Babies don't need to be trained to do something they already do.

I still rock/bounce my baby girl to sleep and then lay her in the crib asleep. She has done amazing sleeping 7:30pm-6am and will go back to sleep in the night if she wakes up. But I have not gotten to the point of just laying her down and letting her fall asleep on her own. Not sure if we will ever get there!

Check out taking Cara babies. It's the most responsive sleep training I've found after two kids. Now they both are in bed 7-8pm and up at 6am for my 9 month old and 7:30 for my three year old. It's all gradual. Take your time. Sleep training only works when Mom is ready.

Yes, no sleep training here. My son is 8 month and is a very poor sleeper, still I am struggling with the thought of letting him CIO. I don’t want to deal with frequent night wakings when he is 2, so if this continues, I may need to sleep train soon rather than later. The main obstacle here is me.
