Fishy smell in vagina 5 days PP

I gave birth on Wednesday vaginally and I had a couple second degree tears in my vagina. When I wiped today I noticed a very mild fishy odor in my vagina. I know discharge after birth is suppose to have a smell but idk what kind. Pain level is low to moderate.

I’ll ask my doctor about it but I just can’t right this minute. Thanks
