I called my doctors office to see if I should be seen, I am 38 weeks and have been having off/on contractions since Thursday. Baby is super low, honestly you can feel his head about 2” in. I asked if I should come in and be checked since they weren’t consistent but I’ve been in tons of pain.

The nurse says no, if anything go to the ER and they will monitor me for a few hours in L&D.

Well I know since I am not in active labor all they will do is send me home.

NOPE nurse says if I go in they will STOP my labor and contractions because our hospitals policy is 39 weeks.

NO THANKS. ILL WAIT IT OUT. He is already over 6-7lbs. I’m not having labor put off just to wait for three days until I reach the mark.

I am a caesarean patient anyways 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
