I'm 19 and I wasn't actively trying to conceive but i also wasntt trying to prevent it either. I wasn't due for my period until February 11, 2019 but I started spotting on February 7th, only when I was using the bathroom. It was a pretty faint pinkish orange color at first. On the 9th it was a brownish color for a little while but then it went back to the light pinkish orange color it was at first. It stayed like that until mid day February 10, 2019. My period is regularly 6 days and it's heavy until the last 2 days. I'm not sure if I should wait a week and test or is it just a odd period?!
