Definitely not a former employee. But if I was I would say that they may hypothetically lower their quality intentionally during large sales. Hypothetically, of course.

Yes! Their bras on the other hand (in my experience and opinion) are still good quality, as well as their panties. I hear stories about people who have broken and torn bras and panties after one wash, and that’s never happened to me 🤷🏼‍♀️
Their lingerie and apparel is very very low quality though, especially for the insanely high price.

From personally working there for 3 years I have watched the product get worse. 3 years ago there was no way in hell you’d ever run your fingers through the lace on any of the lingerie or bras or panties. Now I get tons of returns everyday bc of this issue.

For sure it has.  And I mean everything about the label has gone down hill... the bras, panties, the fashion show, it’s all bad.  I only still have a VS card because I can use it at Bath and Body Works
