Toddler throwing up bile

Would you take your toddler to the doctors if she/he were throwing up bile for the last 3 hours? She was perfectly fine this morning and on the plane ride. She had a nap when we got home and woke from it throwing up bile. My MIL wants us to go to doctor but im just not sure since she doesnt even have a fever.
