Menstrual cup for heavy flow?

I have a tea heavy flow, and it really sucks to have to change my tampon and pad every couple hours. Do y’all think a cup would make it easier?

So much easier!!!!!! I use a Diva Cup and only have to change it 3 times at the most on my heavy day. I always do a third as a precaution lol
I just bought two Melunas. I’m excited to try them.

A cup is perfect for women with heavy flows because it holds so much more than a tampon. Some women even notice their flow lighten when the made the swich. Obviously larger cups hold more fluid but go for the right fit first (find how high your cervix is) also they have cups with valves so you won't have to remove it to empty it (although you still have to remove and wash it every 8-12 hours)
