I got a call from my gynecologist today to say that my Progesterone lab work showed i didn’t ovulate this month. This was our first round of Clomid and we started at 50 mg. I’m a little sad but not completely surprised since I didn’t get a positive OPK this month (per my usual🙄) but I did get EWCM and ovulation type pain, or what I thought was, so a small part of me was hopeful.

She has me coming in to see her on Friday for my CD 28 appt.

Here’s my question for you ladies, did anyone have this happen their first found of Clomid? What was the next step in your experience? Increase the dosage? HSG?

I’m just trying to get an idea on what the next step might be since this round obviously didn’t work.
