anemic. pls help!
I'm 39+3 today, and my ob just called me telling me my results came back and I'm "a little bit anemic" ..... my concern is, I'm going to give birth soon and iron pills aren't going to do much. what can I expect during labor? also, does anyone recommend any specific iron pills??
