New to TTC

Hello, like some of the gals here I'm new to all of this. My Whole life I thought it was you have sex and boom you get pregnant. I didn't know there was do much more than just the as y'all say baby dance! I feel dumb! Many of my friends have gotten pregnant on that one night event type of situation or on their first try of trying to get pregnant. My ex husband and I couldn't conceive and then I found out I have a horrible case of endometriosis. I'm also 35 :( which according to my Dr makes me way too old to have kids. That made me cry, in my car. I was also on Amethyst birth control for a year, which shot me straight into menopause. I've been off of it since October. My current love and I want to try and have children. I'm super new and was wondering what is the best ovulation test there is? I've seen so many on Amazon and I'm like which one do I pick? Should I get the fertilitea too? Does camu camu really work? Should I take otc prenatal pills too? Or do they have to be prescribed? Do I really need to head stand like in that movie with Jlo lol?! So many questions! Please help.
