Can you lactate in early pregnancy?

I have stuff coming out of my nipples. My boobs have been sore for two weeks. 9 DPO. Weirded out. No other symptoms but boobs hurting....

I’m not sure the answer but if you end up not being pregnant you should talk to your dr because you may have a hormone imbalance

I'm not sure about early pregnancy. I've been pregnant 5 times with the furthest being 12weeks and never leaked. A couple times when I wasn't pregnant I noticed I was leaking. I brought it up to my doctor and turned out that I had a hormonal imbalance and my prolactin levels were a little high.

My sister did that’s actually how she found out she was pregnant. It was super early on. It didn’t continue through the pregnancy but she had some come out in those early weeks.
