Help please/Subchorionic hematoma

I am 8 weeks a 6 days pregnant and on my ultrasound today they told me I have a Subchorionic hematoma behind my placenta... I’ve had bleeding a cramping, can someone please tell me what this means, if I’ll have a miscarriage or what to prepare myself for. I’m just so worried now honestly
