Growth spurt?
Hey ladies, my LO just turned 3 months and her sleep has been horrible! We usually go to sleep around 12 (I know it’s late but it works for us) and she’ll sleep a solid 8 hours. The last couple nights she’s been staying up till 4am. Last night she stayed up till 5am and now she’s taking a 3hour nap! I’ve tried waking her up but she won’t have it!!! Is this a growth spurt? Anyone else experiencing this???
