Eat right 4 your type. It’s a book plus there’s a really helpful app you can get. 
I have PCOS and endometriosis, and was told I wouldn’t have children because of other health issues on top of all that. This diet isn’t a diet, you don’t eat less or anything like that.  It’s a diet for your blood type. And because of it I’m on baby #2.
It can help you heal your body from so many different things, I’m so grateful to it. 
It just breaks down what is highly beneficial for your blood type to eat, what is neutral, and what to avoid; some food is like medicine to the body, others won’t hurt you but don’t really do anything for you either, and the avoid is like poison to the system, and you need to avoid it because your body is wasting energy fighting off and protecting you from your food instead of keeping you healthy. Everyone is different, and I love that this book acknowledges that. My mom was over 200 pounds and followed the book and dropped down to 125 so she could run the par to be in the rcmp. She didn’t even have loose skin after.
