Natural pregnancies??

Question

Anyone get pregnant naturally? How did you track ovulation? BBT? Cm? Opk? Which seemed to get best results? 
This gal is struggling!! 
I purchased Vitex, then read somewhere that only certain people with PCOS should take it... and that it takes 3-ish months to show improvements.

Hi! I’ve conceived naturally twice, first sadly ended in misscarriage and I’m currently pregnant with number 2, very early on only around 4 weeks. To be honest I just tracked ovulation by what glow told me and what my CM was like! I bought a temp to start doing BBT but it came the day I found out I was pregnant 😂 baby dust to you! ✨

I conceived my daughter naturally without any period for over a year. Then boom 3 months after getting married we were pregnant. I feel like it was God’s wedding gift! But then we tried for years for #2. We conceived him via iui and letrozole. Currently trying for #3 with letrozole. No iui yet as we just started this month.
