Any dermatologist here?

I’m 18 and for quite awhile now I’ve had these small bumps under my skin. They’re around my chin, jaw, and forehead. They’re so stubborn and start off under the skin but SLOWLY surface (if I don’t manually take them out first) and end up being these little hard things? Kinda like an even smaller grain of rice?

I’m currently using the ordinary granactive retinoid emulsion 2% and niacinamide. It does help them surface a lot faster but not getting rid of them and I’m so frustrated. And I know I’m not supposed to pop them but i can’t help it sometimes.

Anyone know what it could be?

Edit: They don’t really look like blackheads either. They’re skin colored, even when they surface you can barely tell they’re there unless in certain lighting.
