What's the best thing to help get rid of infant gas?

Bicycles, gas drops, and gripe water just aren't cutting it anymore. I don't know what else to do. Starting in the morning I'm completely changing my diet, but is there anything else that can help get rid of gas? My 3 week old is miserable and is getting to the point where she will only sleep for around 30 minutes before she starts screaming for 2 or more hours.
