Anyone else?

Question

I’m 19 weeks 6 days today and I’ve been having a few issues with my hips hurting and backache. Last night I was woken up with the most intense sharp stabbing pain in the left side of my groin. (I’ve also had 3 major bleeds so fully expected to be bleeding when I went to pee. Luckily I wasn’t) this morning the pain has gone but it woke me up in tears. Any ideas what this was? Is it part of SPD? 😫

Thank you for replying! I have my 20 week scan on Friday so I’ll mention it to my midwife just to see what she says. 
I also have a bicornuate uterus and until the last week or two my bump has been quite a bit bigger on the right. Now its evening out I’m assuming it’s just the left side stretching finally. 🙈

I’m also 19+6, I’ve been dealing with sciatic pain in my back but then it went away and now I have this pain in my upper right butt cheek lol almost my hip, it sends a pain down my leg and bending over, lifting the leg, or standing up is just hard! Sometimes t feels like my leg will give out. I didn’t have this issue with my son but I did have the back pain. I’m hoping it doesn’t last too long

I have had the most painful hip joints and bad back. I have to keep rolling over in during the night to try and get comfortable. I don’t think it’s anything to worry about. I also get sharp pains in my lady parts but it goes after a few minutes. I think it’s all the extra blood flow to that area. Xx
