Weird extremely light periods

Hi all

We had 2 miscarriages last year. My recent was September. My first 2 periods were normal flow etc. My most recent 2 periods are strange. Only wearing a panty liner and barely anything. Wouldn’t even call it a light period! Just spotting. Anyone had this or know what this means? Is it hormonal?
