Weird pain

I'm about 5dpo and all of the sudden around 4am I started having this pain from like under my ribs to my belly button and then down. I can't get comfortable. I don't have an appendix or a gallbladder so I know it's not that. Anyone have anything like this?

Oh I went to like a dance exercise class but never had a stitch or anything during the class
